You have experience in cross-functional analytics and a solid business acumen. You’re capable of working independently and alongside others to learn and grow from your team members. You’re never done learning and are always striving to improve yourself, your team, and your product. Ideally you may have experience working with external clients and be ready to hit the ground running helping us mature our data structures and dashboarding in this functional area.

What You Will Do:
- Exemplify a passion for data and possess the ability to transform it into actionable insights
- Analyze large data sets and glean insights to deliver to stakeholders autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Build complex data models to transform data using dbt
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to consult on business challenges and make business recommendations
- Build automated dashboards and reporting using tools like Looker
- Have high attention to detail and the ability to ask clarifying questions to ensure the accuracy of analysis
- Display a high level of business acumen and strong communication skills to deliver effectively to all levels of the organization
- Be tenacious in learning our business’s opportunities and becoming a subject matter expert
- Collaborate with other analysts on best practices to uplift team knowledge and performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics
- 2+ years of experience with complex SQL
- 2+ year professional experience with dbt
- 1+ year professional experience with Git
- Experience with predictive analysis and statistical methods
- Experience building data visualizations using BI tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau etc
- Experience in a consulting background or working with external stakeholders
- Exceptional communicator and storyteller with strong client-facing data presentation skills
- Professional experience in Insurance industry is a plus
- Experience using R, Python, IDMC, Snowflake, Oracle, or Shareplex is a plus

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position.
