Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their rapidly growing team. They specialize in providing AI-powered outbound dialer technology that helps companies streamline their outreach processes. As an SDR, you’ll drive growth by conducting high-volume outbound outreach, managing leads, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. The role involves working with both inbound leads and new prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team.

Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Conduct outbound calls to contact potential clients and follow up on leads. Efficiently manage and qualify leads to keep the pipeline full and active.
  • Objection Handling & Sales Conversations: Handle high call volumes and overcome objections to secure appointments, pitching product value while maintaining a personable, professional demeanor.
  • Pipeline & Follow-Up Management: Nurture relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle, ensuring prompt follow-up and effective opportunity management.
  • CRM & Data Management: Use CRM systems to track and update lead info, monitor sales activities, and report progress toward KPIs.
  • Sales & Marketing Knowledge: Apply knowledge of sales, marketing, and CRM systems to support pitches and improve lead communication.
  • Communication: Engage leads with clear, concise, brand-aligned written and verbal communication.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of sales or sales development experience, ideally in B2B environments.
  • Fluent English, written and verbal; bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and dialers.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, marketing automation tools, and email service providers (ESPs).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.
  • Personable with strong objection handling and rapport-building skills over the phone.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet targets and contribute to company sales goals.
