Our client is a rapidly expanding AI-first marketing agency delivering signal-driven go-to-market strategies through HubSpot-powered campaigns, AI tools, and content creation.
Location
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Responsibilities :
Client Project Management
• Manage multiple projects across content creation, campaigns, and AI agent deployments.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities and progress.
Notion Workspace Ownership
• Build and optimize Notion dashboards, task boards, and documentation systems to support efficient workflows.
• Track assignments, manage deadlines, and document all processes and updates meticulously.
Stakeholder Communication
• Facilitate regular status updates with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify project blockers and scope changes, proposing timely solutions.
Scope, Budget & Timeline Management
• Oversee project scope and budgets to ensure 90%+ on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage freelancers and external partners as needed to fill execution gaps.
Continuous Improvement
• Drive innovation in processes, especially leveraging AI tools, to enhance delivery and operational efficiency.
• Document and refine standard operating procedures and playbooks.
Qualifications:
Experience
• 3+ years project management experience in a marketing agency, preferably with HubSpot familiarity.
Skills
• Advanced Notion user with proven ability to build and maintain complex task and documentation systems.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
• Effective communicator, comfortable leading client meetings and providing clear updates.
• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and deliverables concurrently.
What Success Looks Like
• Delivering 90%+ of projects on time and within budget.
• Achieving high client satisfaction, with clients willing to be case studies within 90 days.
• Improving internal efficiency through documented and clear processes.
• Being recognized as a trusted operational partner by the CEO and the team.
