What You’ll Do:
• Design clean, bold, and brand-aligned visuals for digital and print
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on campaign assets
• Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and channels
• Create design systems that scale with us as we grow
What You Need to Have:
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design
• A strong, consistent portfolio (not a highlight reel—real work only)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Your own tools—and the knowledge to use them well
• Clear, honest communication. If we have to chase you, we’re out.
What You Shouldn’t Be:
• A team, an agency, or outsourcing to your roommate
• A “concepts” designer with no delivery record
• Someone building AI-based visuals with little personal creativity
• Unclear on timelines, scope, or your own skill set
