Job Description:

As a Data Clerk / Personal Injury, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by performing data-focused and administrative tasks. These include data entry, information retrieval, report preparation, and general office support.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.
2. Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
3. Identify and follow up on incomplete files, seeking further information as necessary to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
4. Prepare, review, and distribute daily reports and spreadsheets
5. Track and Maintain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
6. Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources
7. Communicate with sources, insurance companies, and other team members as needed
8. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Key Qualifications and requirements:

1. Data entry experience required
2. Detailed reports experience is highly desired
3. Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to evolving tasks and needs
4. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
5. Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Ability to work independently or under supervision as needed
9. A Windows computer running at least an Intel® Core™ i3 processor or similar and minimum 50 mbps internet connection
