Responsibilities:
- Manage design schedules, deliverables, and capacity planning.
- Lead design ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, retros, sprint planning) and align design tasks within Agile workflows.
- Act as the bridge between design and other teams, ensuring alignment and representation in planning meetings.
- Oversee the design review process, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to UX/UI and design system standards.
- Maintain clear documentation, executive updates, and team accountability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project/program management, with 3+ years supporting UX/UI or product design teams.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and ZeroHeight.
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the UX/UI lifecycle, from research to delivery.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred:
Experience with large-scale app redesigns and consumer facing applications.
