Our clients are leading providers of solutions across various industries, seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives to join their teams. This role involves handling a large volume of calls, screening and qualifying leads, and managing sales pipelines for several US-based brands.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Calling: Manage a high volume of calls to potential leads, introducing the company’s services and generating interest.
- Lead Screening and Qualification:Â Screen and qualify leads through effective communication, identifying potential opportunities and ensuring they meet the company’s criteria.
- Dialer Utilization:Â Use dialer systems like Kixie, HubSpot, CallRail, VanillaSoft, Five9, or similar platforms to streamline call processes and improve efficiency.
- CRM Management:Â Maintain accurate records and manage the pipeline using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms to track lead progress and follow-ups.
- Follow-Ups:Â Conduct follow-ups with leads and opportunities, ensuring timely and effective communication to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Pipeline Management:Â Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that leads are nurtured and converted into opportunities.

- Effective Lead Generation:Â Successfully handle a large volume of calls, leading to a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Efficient Lead Management:Â Screen and qualify leads effectively, ensuring high-quality prospects enter the sales pipeline.
- Proactive Follow-Ups:Â Demonstrate diligence in following up with leads and opportunities, contributing to successful conversions and sales growth.
- CRM Proficiency:Â Utilize CRM tools efficiently to manage and track lead activities and pipeline status.
- Positive Attitude:Â Exhibit an amazing attitude, being a go-getter and highly motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
Qualifications:
- Calling Experience:Â Proven experience handling a high volume of calls and effectively qualifying leads.
- Dialer Proficiency:Â Experience using dialer systems like Kixie, HubSpot, CallRail, VanillaSoft, Five9, or similar tools.
- CRM Familiarity:Â Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms for managing lead and opportunity data.
- Fluent English:Â Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and persuade leads effectively.
- Sales Development Experience:Â Proven experience working in a sales development role or a similar sales environment.
- Industry Experience:Â Experience in B2B, B2C, or DTC markets is a plus.
