Job Summary

We are hiring multiple Call Center Customer Service Representatives to join our growing customer support team. In this full-time, on-site role based in Abuja, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests on behalf of our client, Wizz Air, a major European airline.

You will engage with international customers via phone and email, assisting them with flight bookings, changes, availability inquiries, cancellations, and other related issues in line with airline policies and regulatory standards. This role demands excellent spoken and written English, a customer-first mindset, and a strong command of computer tools and laptop use.

This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have proven experience in a similar customer service or call center environment and be capable of working in a high-performance, team-driven setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-contact resolution and support to customers via inbound/outbound calls and email.
  • Handle inquiries related to flight schedules, availability, bookings, changes, cancellations, refunds, and general information.
  • Resolve complaints with professionalism, and in full compliance with Wizz Air’s customer service policies and international regulations.
  • Accurately log interactions and follow up on open cases within the set response time.
  • Use internal CRM tools, airline systems, and email platforms to manage customer interactions.
  • Ensure a high standard of English communication—broken English will not be accepted for this role.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall service delivery.
  • Stay up to date on airline policies, internal updates, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of verifiable full-time experience in a call center or customer service role (airline, telecom, travel, or similar sectors preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Communication, English, or Hospitality.
  • Excellent spoken and written English — clear, fluent, and professional communication is non-negotiable.
  • Advanced computer and laptop proficiency — must be fully capable of navigating email, CRM tools, browsers, airline booking systems, and handling multiple tabs at once.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be available full-time and on-site in Abuja.
