Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with experience creating scroll-stopping graphics and short-form videos for social media ads. You’ll work closely with our media buyers and content team to produce static graphics, animated reels, and short ad creatives that drive performance across Facebook, Instagram, and occasionally other platforms. This isn’t about pretty fluff—this is about visuals that sell.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design graphics for paid social ads that align with each brand’s voice and campaign objectives
- Edit short-form video content (7–30 seconds) for Reels, TikToks, and Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Resize and reformat assets for different platforms and placements
- Collaborate with our ad managers to bring creative ideas to life that support campaign goals
- Maintain organized design files and deliverables across multiple client accounts
- Adapt to different brand styles quickly and consistently
- Stay up to date with trends in social media design, ad creative best practices, and short-form video formats
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, etc.)
- Experience creating ads or promotional content for social media platforms, particularly Meta
- Understanding of visual storytelling for marketing and the ability to create assets that convert
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple client projects at once
- Ability to take feedback, pivot quickly, and meet fast-paced deadlines
- Bonus if you have experience with motion graphics or animation
Position Type:
1099 Contractor
Hours/Week:
Part-time, estimated 10-20 hours/week depending on project load
Pay Rate:
Starting at $15/hour, negotiable based on experience and skill set
Location:
Remote. Our team is based out of Dallas, TX, but you can work from anywhere.
